If there is one woman celeb that I have a major girl-crush for, it’s Reese Witherspoon. She somehow seems to combine that perfect combination of sweet and sassy, and classy and sexy, all at once. She’s funny and whip-smart and has uber cool girlfriends (hi, Chelsea!), and did I mentioned that she’s a Southern girl. I just can’t resist.

Reese looked every part the cool girl at ELLE’s 18th Annual Women in Hollywood Tribute held at the Four Seasons Hotel on October 17, 2011 in Los Angeles, California. Her hint of black lace underneath her sleek black tuxedo jacket is very chic, but what makes her outfit pop are her stunning green jade earrings from Irene Neuwirth, valued at over $9,000.
